Shocking service

1 Star is too high. Went to test drive a vehicle today in Shrewsbury and got treated with the worst customer service i have seen when buying vehicles! The sales guy wouldn't let me test drive a vehicle without me committing to buy the vehicle there and then. I am not sure how i am meant to commit to this without even testing the vehicle! To add to this situation, he was arrogant and obnoxious. Now you have lost a sale and gained a bad review!I have purchased a lot of vehicles (Personal / Commercial) and have never experienced this arrogant behaviour. Please don't use these people.
